ToolQuestions Help Center
The Help Center explains how to use ToolQuestions itself. It is the place for help with finding answers, navigating tool and category pages, submitting questions, managing your account, understanding moderation, and deciding where to report a website or content problem. It is not a duplicate of the tool Q&A knowledge base.
Finding an Existing Answer
Start with Search when you know the tool, feature, error, or question. You can also open the Tools directory and choose a product hub, or browse Categories to explore questions by topic across multiple products.
Submitting a New Question
If the answer does not exist, use Ask a Question. You must be signed in to submit. Choose the most relevant tool, write a specific question, and include enough context for an editor to understand what needs to be researched. Submissions are reviewed before they can become public answers.
Managing Your Account
Use My Account to update your profile and review your activity, including questions you have submitted. If you cannot sign in, use the password reset and email verification options available from the login flow.
Understanding Question Status
A submitted question may remain pending while it is checked for clarity, duplication, relevance, and research requirements. A reviewer may edit the wording, assign a category, approve it for publication, or reject it when it does not meet the community guidelines.
Reporting an Incorrect or Outdated Answer
Software products change frequently. If you find an answer that appears outdated or incorrect, use the answer feedback controls where available and send the page URL through Contact with a short explanation. Official documentation or a provider announcement is useful when available.
Website or Technical Problems
For broken pages, account problems, unexpected site behavior, accessibility issues, or other ToolQuestions website support, use the Contact form. Include the affected URL, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Do not include passwords, API keys, or other secrets.
